The interior detailing is warm and inviting to keep the grand spaces in scale. Dramatic architectural detailed structure is offset with warm and intimate lighting and oversized comfortable furnishings.

The home strives to exceed the residential construction standard for this green subdivision; high efficiency cooling and heating systems and design considerations for solar gain and loss were adopted in the concept phase of design.
